We decided to write this article after reading, yet again, the text by Matt Iulo, who recently described the competition in the business world and how many companies, regardless of the sector in which they operate, spend too much time and effort observing and following in the footsteps of their competitors without offering anything new to their public, in which he even refers to articles published in Forbes Magazine and Entrepeneur Magazine.
The truth is, for some time now, we’ve noticed that some of our competitors do exactly that, follow in the footprints (sometimes faint) of those of us who have been at the forefront from the start.
By this, we mean to say that a supplier can often cause a very good impression at first glance, and appear to be a true professional because we, and other scalp micropigmentation specialists, have “given” them the “tools” to do so.
The way in which the videos are recorded, the testimonials they contain (sometimes mere scripts) and even the method used to sell a closed-door treatment are now within reach of many technicians who lack the skill to obtain results that real specialists like us are achieving in our work.
We advise all those starting out in the scalp micropigmentation sector, whether entrepreneurs, technicians or in any other role, to focus their efforts on finding out what their potential clients expect of them, and on offering something different, without straying from their goal of achieving better results.
